ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Sam Ashby State Farm
is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales approach
  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) (required)
  • Property & Casualty license required prior to start date (required)
  • Ability to commute to Duluth, GA 30096 (required)
  • Excellent attendance record at work; to be confirmed by references provided (required)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas; to be confirmed by references provided (required)
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Customer service experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
